South Australia Lacrosse will be hosting a box lacrosse tournament on the March long weekend (Fri 9th & Sat 10th). Expressions of interest are welcome for anyone that wants to go over from Tasmania Lacrosse to play matches.

Lacrosse Australia has outlined the strategic plan in place for the future through until 2013. To see the involvement that Tasmania Lacrosse will have with this plan, please see the attached document.

Whilst Tasmania Lacrosse has its own rulebook, it may be of interest that the 2012 Men's Field Lacrosse rulebook has been updated on a national scale. See the attached document to find all of the rules.

Tasmania Lacrosse presents a new season once again.

Much like last season, team will be competing for the ultimate prize of a grand final win along a round robin fixture and official finals.

Please bring along any friends of any age. Lacrosse is for everyone. The more people you bring, the easier it will be to create a fourth team, and ultimately, more fun and challenging than before.

First games are on Wednesday 6th April @ 6pm running through until 8pm.
Gear is provided each week for all newcomers. This includes stick, gloves, helmet, arm pads, and uniform (subject to availability).

Runners, shorts, mouth guards and a box are highly recommended if you want to keep your manhood/have babies.

If you're interested in buying your own gear, see Damo (Secretary/Media Officer) as he can try and get a better price for you through a certain website.

$25 registration is to be paid for insurance, ground hire, uniform levy, etc in ongoing costs. $10 per week is additional to the registration.
